An ancient friar's table, a slate fireplace from the 15th century and terracotta floors: atmospheres that are reminiscent of other times for the Cenatio, the refectory of the convent that today is reserved by Abbadia San Giorgio residence for tasting the typical products of Moneglia, Portofino, Tigullio and from the Cinque Terre. Extra-virgin olive oil, wines, grappa, organic honey, marmalade made with lemons from Monterosso, home-made jams, cheese and salami from the region, and many more products will delight the palates of the hotel's guests with authentic flavors and respect for tradition.

The selection of wines and grappa come from the cellar Ad cellam vinariam while the juniper elixir, Concord grapes, myrtle and plums are available according to season from the Cella Penaria.
